A Topeka man is jailed in Nemaha County on child sex charges.
Nemaha County Sheriff Rich Vernon says 22-year-old Kaleb Harrison- Barr was taken into custody Wednesday on a Nemaha County warrant for aggravated indecent liberties with a child and aggravated sexual battery.
Vernon says the warrant was issued following an investigation by the sheriff’s department...( play audio )
Harrison-Barr was transported to the Nemaha County Jail Wednesday, where he remains on $100,000 bond.
He faces a charge of felony obstruction in Brown County.
