Atchison County Commissioners are looking into improving their countywide ambulance service.
They held preliminary discussion with American Medical Response Wednesday morning with Ken Keller, Operations Manager in Topeka.
Keller told commissioners about AMR’s credentials nationwide.

Keller said he would need around 60 days to do a performance evaluation on rural services before they could move forward with a potential proposal.
