23 year old Tobias Jochum of Falls City is facing four Class IV felony counts of possession of a controlled substance in Richardson County Court.
Jochum is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on May 7th.
The charges stem from a 9-1-1 call to the Falls City Police Department in December of last year. A female called 9-1-1 reporting a man that may have suffered an overdose. A Falls City Police Officer discovered Jochum unresponsive and not breathing inside a home in the 1500 block of Fulton Street. Jochum was transported to Community Medical Center for treatment.
The charges allege Jochum was in possession of Oxymorphone, Methamphetamine, Hydrocodone and Oxycodone.
