21 year old Noah J. Hall of Falls City was sentenced to five years of Intensive Supervised Probation in Richardson County District Court this week on five Class III felony counts of Possession of Visual Depiction of Sexually Explicit Conduct. 
    In February Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning said in a news release that Hall had downloaded sexually explicit images of children being victimized.
    As part of the sentence hall may not own or possess firearms, ammunition or dangerous weapons; must undergo blood and saliva DNA testing and fingerprinting; obtain a sex offender specific evaluation; attend and successfully complete a sex offender specific program;  is banned from using the internet or cell phones with picture-taking capabilities or texting without advanced permission from his probation officer;  register as a sex offender with the Nebraska State Patrol and Richardson County Sheriff’s Department;  serve 180 days in jail;  pay court costs of $147;  pay $180 for chemical testing and probation fees of $2,100.
