The Effingham City Council will hold two special meetings on Monday, starting at 7:00 p.m.
The first meeting will be to consider hiring Banks Construction to dig up a sewer line for repair.
The second will be to discuss condemnation proceedings on 2 houses in town.
These meetings are open to the public.
