27 year old Damon Gates of Falls City was arrested by the Falls City Police Department early Thursday morning at his home in the 2100 block of Barada Street.
At approximately 3:30 a-m Gates wife went to the Falls City Police station reporting that Damon Gates had assaulted her at a home in the 1400 block of Barada Street.
During the altercation Damon Gates allegedly assaulted and strangled the victim. Gates is in the Richardson County jail after he was arrested on felony counts of domestic assault in the third degree and strangulation.
