Two Auburn men have been sentenced to 18 months probation and ordered to pay a number of fees on misdemeanor charges of attempted possession of money used in the distribution of a controlled substance.
26 year old Lucas Lundy was charged in connection with an incident that occurred on May 13th, 2011. 27 year old Nicholas Breazile was charged in connection with an incident on May 20th, 2011.
In addition to the 18 months probation Lundy was ordered to perform 30 hours of community service; pay court costs of $169 and various fees for probation and chemical testing totaling $749. In addition he was ordered to attend Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous classes as directed by his probation officer.
Breazile was sentenced to 30 days in the Nemaha County Jail, and ordered to pay probation fees, chemical testing fees and court costs totaling $710.
Nemaha County, Nebraska, District Court Judge Daniel Bryan Jr. handed down the sentences in these cases.
