A short-term resident of Brown County, wanted on child related sex crimes, is located in Jefferson County and arrested.
Brown County Sheriff John Merchant says 61-year-old John Turner is now returned to the Brown County Jail(Play Audio)
Turner was taken into custody by the Jefferson County authorities on Thursday.
He’s facing charges of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, allegedly fondling a victim under the age of 18-years old.
Additional details of the crimes Turner was arrested in connection with aren’t immediately made public.
