Richardson County Assessor Pam Vice has announced that her office will begin conducting a residential review in Falls City beginning Thursday, June 21st. This will be an interior and exterior review of each property.
It has been more than 10 years since Falls City residential properties have been reviewed unless a building permit was filed.
If no one is available a door hanger will be left to let homeowners know the assessor has been there. If you have any questions call the Assessors office at 402-245-4012, or e-mail richcoassessor@sentco.net.
