Seneca residents are no longer being asked to voluntary conserve water.
City Administrator Tammi Haverkamp said today ( Wednesday ) that the voluntary restrictions were being lifted due to the recent rains.
They were put in place May 29th because the dry weather was causing the city’s high service pumps to run extra.
