An August 22nd preliminary hearing has been set for a Perry man facing a child sex charge in Brown County.
61-year-old John Turner is charged in Brown County District Court with a single count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
Turner was charged last month following an investigation by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department into an alleged incident involving a child born in 1999.
Turner remains in the Brown County Jail on 50-thousand dollars bond.
