20 year old Rolland Stewart of Brownville was recently sentenced to a period of 48 – 60 months in prison on a Class II felony charge of sexual assault in the first degree.
The charge stems from an incident that occurred in Nemaha County, Nebraska in January of this year.
Stewart was allowed credit for 100 days served in jail. He will be required to register as a sex offender for 25 years.
