The Pawnee County Commissioners will meet at 9 a-m Tuesday.
A public hearing is scheduled for 9:15 a-m regarding exemptions for motor vehicles.
Deb Weitzenkamp with the Extension Office will meet with the Board regarding an office manager.
Commissioners will discuss a resolution that would create a separate fund for Register of Deeds Preservation and Modernization of records. Budget requests will be discussed as well as copier maintenance.
A memorandum of understanding with Schulz and Associates for services of audit for the period ending June 30th, 2012 will be discussed as well as an agreement with Region V Systems. A request for membership dues from Southeast Nebraska Development District in the amount of $6,221 and dues for Housing in the amount of $376 will be discussed.
Beginning at 1 p-m the Pawnee County Commissioners will reconvene as a board of equalization to conduct valuation protest hearings.
