Atchison Man Gets Prison after Probation Revocation
07/09/2012

(KAIR) -- An Atchison man was ordered to serve a sentence on a 2011 forgery conviction after having his probation revoked Monday in Atchison County District Court.

Joseph Clem was ordered to serve 18 months in prison as a result of the revocation.

Judge Martin Asher was willing to continue the case, allowing an opportunity for Clem’s family to attempt to get him into rehab on other pending cases; however, Clem asked the judge if he could serve the sentence in order to terminate the cases.
