Flags to Fly at Half Staff in Nebraska
Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman today announced all U.S. and Nebraska flags to be flown at half-staff to honor the passing of former Nebraska Governor Norbert Tiemann. The lowering of the flags coincides with a memorial service for Gov. Tiemann in Lincoln on Saturday, July 14.
Flags will be flown at half-staff beginning Friday, July 13 until sunrise Monday, July 16.
Gov. Tiemann passed away Tuesday, June 19 at the age of 87.
