(KLZA) Richardson County Commissioners have five executive sessions scheduled for their meeting Tuesday. Beginning at 9:15 a-m Commissioners will meet with Bridge Foreman Roger Lee, Road Foreman Doug Workman, Shop Foreman Pat Kelly and Administrative Assistant Julie Vollmer to discuss personnel matters and evaluation of job performance with each.
The weekly Road and Bridge Maintenance update will begin at 10:15 a-m. The Board will review bids received August 14th for a concrete overlay project; an agreement on a bridge replacement project and resolutions on classifications and standards on two bridge projects.
Richardson County Sheriff Randy Houser will meet with the Board at 11 a-m. Commissioners will discuss rescinding an April 17th motion to authorize the purchase of a patrol unit per state bid contract and discuss authorization to advertise for sealed bids for a patrol truck unit to be received September 18th. Salary increases for Sheriff’s Department personnel proposed by Sheriff Houser will also be reviewed.
An executive session with County Attorney Bob Meyer to review potential litigation will be held at 11:30 a-m and the Board is expected to finalize the County Board’s proposed 2012-13 budget in the afternoon.
