( KMZA )-- A Waterville man was injured Thursday morning in a two-vehicle accident on K-9 Highway in Marshall County near his hometown.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 26-year-old William Thompson was driving a Chevy Blazer westbound on K-9 when he struck a grain cart being pulled by a tractor driven by 20-year-old Dylan Zimmerling of Home City.
Thompson, who was not wearing a seat belt, was transported to the Marysville hospital.
Zimmerling was not hurt.
The accident was shortly before 10:30 Thursday morning.
