( KNZA )--Kansas Governor Sam Brownback has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff on Tuesday, September 11th in observance of Patriot Day.
Patriot Day is an annual observance on September 11th to remember those who were injured or died during the terrorist attacks in the United States on September 11th , 2001.
