( KMZA )- A new local magistrate judge will be sworn into office Friday.
Elizabeth “ Libby” Ensley Deiter will be sworn in as Magistrate Judge of the 22nd Judicial District Court during a ceremony at 3 o'clock Friday afternoon in the Nemaha County District Courtroom in Seneca. The public is invited.
Ensley Deiter was appointed last month by Governor Sam Brownback to replace her husband, Steve Dieter, who stepped down in June with two years remaining in his term.
The 22nd Judicial District includes Brown, Doniphan, Marshall and Nemaha Counties
