(KLZA) 24 year old Tobias Jochum of Falls City appeared in Richardson County District Court last week for a hearing on a plea agreement on amended information on a charge of attempted possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. charge.
Jochum entered a plea of no contest to the amended charge. The court found Jochum guilty. A sentencing date was set for November 6th and bond was continued.
On December 5th of last year, Jochum was charged with attempting to unlawfully or intentionally posses oxymorphone. He was charged after the Falls City Police Department responded ot a 9-1-1 call which reported a man may have suffered an overdose.
