(KLZA) 18 year old Dalton Spinner of Falls City was arrested Friday, October 12th by the Falls City Police Department.
Police were called to a residence in the 300 block of East 17th Street on Thursday evening about 8 p-m. The initial investigation indicated that Cheyanna Gordon had been assaulted at that location.
Further investigation revealed that Gordon and Spinner were allegedly arguing which led to Spinner holding Gordon down and physically assaulting her. A neighbor across the street heard the disturbance and tried to stop the incident and began to argue with Spinner who left the scene.
Spinner was arrested Friday morning and jailed on preliminary charges of domestic assault; a felony count of false imprisonment and a charge of false reporting.
