(KAIR) -- On October 29th, at 4:30 PM a public meeting will be held in the Senior Center in Effingham to inform the local postal patrons of a pending decision about the change of service at the Effingham location.
A survey has been taken via the mail and the results will be tabulated and shared with those in attendance at the meeting.
The decision about the curtailing of services will be made after the public meeting.
Community input is supposed to have some weight on the pending decision.
Everyone affected is encouraged to attend and voice your opinions.
