Jackson County Employees to Receive Raise

( KNZA )--Jackson County employees will receive pay increase for the first time in four years.

The Jackson County Commission recently voted to give all full-time employees a $100 a month raise, effective January 1st.

The last time employees received a raise was January 2009.

The commissioners salary will not be increased.

The commission agreed to discuss a possible raise for part-time employees at a later date.
