New Mexico Man Injured in Nemaha Co Ks Wreck

( KMZA )--An Alamogordo, New Mexico man was injured in a single-vehicle accident on a Nemaha County road northwest of Wetmore Friday afternoon.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says 37-year-old Henri Sellars was traveling south on W Road when he lost control of his Plymouth Voyager after passing another vehicle. His vehicle left the roadway on the east side, struck a guardrail, and came to rest in a creek.

Sellars, who wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, was transported to Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center in Topeka with disabling injuries.

The accident was reported shortly before 2:20 Friday afternoon about 3 ½ miles north of K-9.
