( KMZA )- A Goff man has pleaded no contest to a charge of aggravated indecent solicitation of a child.
Albert Scott III entered the plea Thursday in Nemaha County District Court.
In exchange for the plea a charge of aggravated criminal sodomy was dismissed.
Sentencing is set for December 20th.
Prosecutors say the sex offense occurred sometime between May 11th-13th of this year.
He was arrested in September on a warrant by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department.
