( KMZA )-A Topeka man has been sentenced to prison in a Nemaha County child sex case.
Kaleb Harrison-Barr was sentenced Thursday in Nemaha County District Court to 36 months in prison on a charge of aggravated sexual battery.
Harrison-Barr had pleaded no contest to the felony charge. In exchange for the plea a charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child was dismissed.
He was arrested in April on a Nemaha County warrant for offenses against a child or children in the Goff area.
