John Svoboda
( KNZA )--A Marion, Kansas man is facing charges following an injury accident Saturday in Brown County.
The single-vehicle accident was reported near the intersection of U.S. 36 and Acorn Road.
75-year-old John Svoboda was later arrested on charges of criminal threat, assault, battery of a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct, DUI and transporting an open container.
Further details on the accident weren’t immediately available. Svoboda was the lone occupant in the vehicle
Svoboda was booked into the Brown County Jail after being treated for injuries.
