(KAIR) -- A 23-year-old Saint Joseph man is recovering from an injury accident Sunday afternoon in Holt County, Missouri.
According the Missouri Highway Patrol, the accident occurred on U-S 59 at one, a mile south of Oregon, Missouri.
Robert Quimby was driving his 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan north on 59 entering a curve.
The vehicle crossed the centerline and traveled off the west side, struck a highway sign, then an embankment, skidded across a private drive and came to rest off the west side of 59 on its wheels facing southeast.
Quimby was taken by ambulance to Heartland Regional Medical Center in Saint Joseph with moderate injuries.
The patrol says Quimby was not wearing a seatbelt.
