(KTNC) - The Falls City, City Council, will meet at 7:00 Monday evening.
Highlighting the regular agenda, the council will discuss and may take action on a request from Falls City Main Street and the Chamber of Commerce to impose a two-hour parking limit downtown.
Main Street Executive Director Eric Barr will present the organization’s quarterly report, and the council will discuss funding for the Falls City Area Chamber of Commerce.
Also Monday night, Julie Bauman will present the Audit report for the 2011-2012 fiscal year. The council will consider approving a couple requests for Special Designated Liquor Licenses at Prichard Auditorium, and a request to rent the Auditorium the Sacred Heart Booster Auction on February 23rd.
Consideration will be given as well to a request to allow used cars to be sold at 817 Stone Street; and approval of a contract for the Electrical System Distribution Master Plan as recommended by the Board of Public Works.
The Consent Agenda includes the appointment of Falls City Volunteer Fire Department officers, and the appointment of Michael Moore to the Park Board.
