(KAIR) -- A truck is totaled after catching fire while going down an Atchison County road.
According to Atchison County Undersheriff Larry Myer, it happened at 11:31 Monday morning when Curtis Drimmel’s 2008 Ford F-250 was traveling down road three-quarters of a miles west of Pratt Road in rural Atchison when it caught fire.
Drimmel was able to stop the truck and escape without injury.
Myer says the cause of the fire is unknown.
