( KAIR )--A Jefferson County man has been arrested for allegedly brandishing a gun and threatening a board member of his homeowner association.
48-year-old Herman Wyatt was arrested Friday by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department on charges of aggravated assault, criminal discharge of a firearm at an occupied dwelling and criminal threat.
Jefferson County Sheriff Jeff Herrig said no one was hurt during the incident.
The Topeka Capital Journal reports Wyatt works as an infrastructure support manager for the city of Topeka.
Wyatt remained in the Jefferson County Jail today ( Monday ) on a $50,000 cash bond.
