(KLZA) Three felony counts of sexual assault of a child have been dismissed against 48 year old Steven Walters of Nebraska City.
Walters was arrested in October of last year in Nebraska City on a Nemaha County, Nebraska warrant.
A preliminary hearing was held February 28th in Nemaha County Court and the charges were dismissed.
That apparently happened when the complainants amended their story, telling the court that the crimes were not actually committed.
