( KAIR )--A portion of K-74 Highway in Atchison County will be closed Friday.
The Kansas Department of Transportation says the highway will be closed from U.S. 73 to Rooks Road near the Atchison/Leavenworth County line for a culvert pipe replacement project from 9 to 3, weather permitting.
Signage and barricades will alert drivers to the roadway closure. Drivers should expect delays and must use alternate routes during the roadway closure.
