(KLZA) 37 year old William Holbrooks of Falls City is facing a June 12th jury trial in Richardson County District Court on class IV felony charges of operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest and criminal mischief.
Holbrooks entered a plea of not guilty to the charges during court proceedings Tuesday.
Holbrooks is accused of leading authorities on a high speed chase through rural areas of Richardson County and into Brown County, Kansas on January 11th. The chase ended when the vehicle Holbrooks was driving was ditched at a farmhouse in the rural Barada area.
