Rural Shubert Woman Pleads Not Guilty to Charges

 (KLZA) A 31 year old rural Shubert woman pleaded " not guilty" to charges in Richardson County District Court Tuesday in two separate cases.

In the first case, Megan Ivey is charged with felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear in court.

A jury trial date has been scheduled for June 12th.

In the second case, Ivey is charged with felony counts of terroristic threats and failure to appear.  

A jury trial date of July 10th was set in that case. 

Ivey is also facing jury trials in Richardson County Court on misdemeanor charges in two other cases. 

Ivey is currently free on bond.
