(KLZA) Beginning today the Nemaha County, Nebraska Sheriff’s Department is participating in the nationwide “Click it or Ticket” mobilization continuing through Sunday, June 2nd.
During this period deputies will be performing extra patrols of the roadways of Nemaha County with an emphasis on seat belt and child seat enforcement. Overtime for the mobilization will be paid for by a grant from the Nebraska Office of Highway Safety.
The Nemaha County Nebraska Sheriff’s Department wishes everyone a safe and happy Memorial Day weekend and beginning of summer.
