( KMZA --The Seneca City Council will hold a special meeting Thursday morning.
The council will consider approval of an agreement with BG Consultants for construction engineering services for the north extension of Fairway Drive.
The meeting will be held at 7:30 Thursday morning at the Seneca City Hall.
