(KNZA)--An Atchison man finds himself in legal trouble following what authorties say was his use of someone elses prescription in order to obtain a narcotic.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson says 54-year-old Richard (Hair-ull) Harrell was taken into custody Tuesday on a District Court warrant for forgery and possession of a narcotic (Play Audio)
Initially booked into the jail at the Atchison County Law Enforcement Center, Harrell has since been released on bond of $15,000.
