( KNZA )--A Wathena man will stand trial in a child sex case.
58-year-old Sonnie Suman recently waived his preliminary hearing has been bound over to Doniphan County District Court on a charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
Arraignment is set for August 28th before District Judge Jim Patton.
Suman was arrested last November following an investigation by the Wathena Police Department.
