(KNZA)--Wet weather delays planned roadway work in the local region.
The Kansas Department of Transportation says while a culvert at the Clear Creek Road intersection, in Pottawatomie County, was successfully completed Tuesday, the second part of the project was placed on hold.
Now, it’s planned for Thursday, with eastbound and westbound K-16, from Wheaton to Blaine, to be closed from 7:30 in the morning until 3:00 in the afternoon.
Drivers must use alternate routes as the work is completed.
