Falls City Teens Involved in New Chamber, Main Street, Leadership Program
(KTNC) - The Falls City Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Falls City have selected a group of high school students to participate in the new Towle-Vandeberg Emerging Leaders Youth Ambassador Program.
Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Director Eric Barr says 18 students have been chosen for the program. (play audio :28 “later on in life.”)
Barr says students selected for the program filled out an application, which included answering questions about how they define leadership, what assets they see in Falls City, and what they would like to see. The group held its first meeting July 28th.
Those selected for the youth leadership program are: Brooke Scheitel, Brandon Schawang, Elizabeth Schawang, Weston Witt, Reese Hogue, Robert Olberding, Kirstyn Buchholz, Anastasia Finner, Taylor O’Brien, Anthony Baker, Bailey Armbruster, Mitchell Harling, Sydney Armbruster, Bailey Bindle, Emma Schock, Colin Niemeyer, Kathryn Bieker, and Logan Scheitel.
