(KAIR)--As reported earlier, AT&T customers were experiencing difficulties in reaching the 911 service in Jefferson County Tuesday morning.
Basic service was restored just after 1:00 Tuesday afternoon, but enhanced service is still down. Officials are working to bring everything back into full working order.
