(KLZA) A felony charge of second degree assault against a young Falls City man was dismissed without prejudice in Richardson County Court this week.
19-year-old Phillip Doerr was charged in connection with a June 26th accident in Falls City occurring on East 14th Street involving three pickups and two other individuals.
Pawnee County Attorney Jennifer Ladman – Stehlik served as special prosecutor in the case.
