(KTNC) --A head-on collision Sunday morning on Highway 4 in Richardson County sent three Omaha residents to the hospital.
According to the Richardson County Sheriff’s Department, 24-year-old Andrew Adams of Omaha was driving a Dodge Durango east on Highway 4, east of Humboldt, when he lost control of the vehicle on the snow-packed highway. The Durango fishtailed and slid into the path of a westbound pickup driven by 38-year-old Duaine Arena of Beatrice. The vehicles collided in the middle of the roadway.
Andrew Adams and two passengers in the Durango – 33-year-old Johnny L. Adams and 8-year-old Johnny C. Adams – were transported to the Nemaha County Hospital in Auburn for treatment of possible injuries. Arena was not hurt.
