(KNZA)--A Silver Alert is issued for a missing Onaga man.
The Onaga Police Department says 67-year-old Melvin Robert Potter was last seen on Friday.
He has a history of going missing, suffering from the onset of dementia.
He also has high blood pressure but does not have his medication with him.
Police say Potter was last seen around 10:00 Friday morning when he drove a red and silver two tone 1996 Dodge pick-up for a short errand. The truck has a Kansas license plate of 385DPQ.
He was wearing blue jeans, a red flannel shirt with brown patches on the sleeve, brown boots and a brown leather belt with an “Oklahoma” belt buckle.
Potter walks with a noticeable limp due to an injury.
Anyone with information related to the whereabouts of Potter is asked to call the Onaga Police Department at 785-889-4768.
