(KTNC) -- The Community Blood Center of St. Joseph is looking for blood donors in northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri.
Betty Tinker, with the Community Blood Center, says they’ve seen fewer donors recently, due mainly to inclement weather and an outbreak of flu in the area.
The Community Blood Center has several blood drives scheduled in the next two weeks, including: from 2:30 to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 24th at the Klub in Mound City; from noon to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, at the Fisher Center in Hiawatha; and April 1, from 1:30 to 6:00 p.m., at Highland High School.
The Community Blood Center serves hospitals throughout northwest Missouri and northeast Kansas.
