Did you know that Carlos was terminated from Pima Community College after being found responsible by an independent Title IX investigation for Sexual Harassment? What’s worse HCC administration was aware of Carlos’ past prior to bringing Carlos on staff. This is not an attack, but the reporting of facts that members of the public/HCC community would find interesting.
