Radon Test Followup Meetings Scheduled

Follow-up meetings will be held Monday, February 27th on the Radon Test Kit information gathered in Southeast Nebraska.
    The information meetings are to help you understand your radon test results and what you can do if your radon levels are high.  Mark Versch, an Environmental Health Analyst with the Nebraska Radon Program will conduct the meetings.
    Meetings are scheduled for 10 – 11:30 a-m at the Courthouse basement in Pawnee City; from 1:30 – 3 p-m at the 4-H Building in Auburn and from 5:30 – 7 p-m at the First United Methodist Church basement in Falls City.
    You should bring your radon test results with you.  Most homes with high levels of radon can be fixed.  The program will help you understand what your radon test results mean and what to do if your test results are above the recommended action level established by the Environmental Protection Agency.
