Three people charged in connection with the alleged sale of a pair of stolen guns appeared in Richardson County Court on Monday.
Preliminary hearings are scheduled for March 5th for Travis Ries of Pawnee City, Robert Luallin Jr. who lists his address as Niland California, and Breanna Shannon of Plattsmouth.
Ries is facing a felony count of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and a felony count of possession or receiving a stolen firearm. Luallin is charged with a felony count of possession or receiving a stolen firearm and Shannon is charged with a felony charge of aid and abetting.
The three were arrested in Humboldt in connection with an alleged effort to sell stolen firearms.
