A Hiawatha teenager has been bound over to Brown County District Court on a charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
18-year-old Dylan Dodge was bound over after waiving his preliminary hearing Wednesday.
Dodge will be arraigned April 30th before District Judge Jim Patton.
Following a hearing last month, Judge Patton ruled Dodge was competent to stand trial based on an evaluation conducted by KANZA Mental Health.
He was arrested last September following an investigation by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department into an alleged incident involving a child born in 1997.
